The future is now (it always has been)

Research now shows that a person’s past does not drive or dictate their actions and behaviours. Rather we are pulled forward by our future.*
Ben Hardy

Ben Hardy writes that when it comes to the future,
We’re probably either trying to approach it or
avoid it, so I shall determine
to travel to the future in order
to live more fully in the present.
If I never go to the future,
My wallpaper is the past;
If I try to stay there, I am
disconnecting from reality.
But my future self helps me to see what I
must now do if
life is to be more engaging, richer and beautiful.
